Eurest Catering, a proud division of The Compass Food Group, is pleased and honored to provide catering service for your business needs. Adherence to the following guidelines will ensure the quality of our catering service.
If you require catering, the CaterTrax form is located at irvine.catertrax.com. All orders must be completed online. Eurest will NOT accept telephone orders..
All food should be ordered through Eurest Dining and submitted no later than (5) business days prior to your meeting or training. No food or beverage is allowed to be brought into the Johnson & Johnson Institute from the outside. The form must include a PO number or a valid credit card if neither is listed then the order will not be processed. In the event of a “last minute request (less than 48 hours)” you will incur a $25.00 late fee. In the event of a “rush order request (less than 24 hours)” you will incur a $50.00 rush order fee.
Evening events, scheduled after 3:00 P.M. or weekend events require a 10-day notice. A minimum of 25 guests are required for all evening and weekend events. In addition, these events will receive a labor charge associated with the event. A guaranteed number of guests must be submitted 48 hours prior to an event. For Monday Events orders, this must be submitted no later than Thursday 12:00 P.M. Events cancelled with less than a twenty-four hour notice will be billed at 50% of the cost of the food for the event.
Catered events include linen, disposable plates, cups, and utensils. China and full table service is available for an additional charge. Catering in the Johnson & Johnson Institute is for the guests of the Institute who have booked space and placed a catering order.
All catered events will be held, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 A.M. and 2:45 P.M. Depending on the number of events scheduled, delivery times may need to be adjusted. The Catering Manager will contact the event coordinator if necessary.
Evening events, scheduled 3:00 P.M. or later, events scheduled prior to 7:00 A.M. and Saturday or Sunday events require catering manager approval. In addition, these events will receive a labor charge associated with the event.
Events cancelled with less than a twenty-four hour notice will be billed at 50% of the cost of the food for the event.
